São Paulo, Brazil - During the seventh edition of Brasil Ride, held between October 15 to 22 in Arraial d'Ajuda and Guaratinga, the event's media team produced daily videos with the summary of each of the seven stages of the competition with 567.4 km and 11,810 meters of altitude.

The video team is made up Marcelo Machado, Cassio Zerbinato, Gabriel Coimbra, Pedro Coelho and Marcel Gonzalez. If the material is used, credit professionals is required. If you are interested in receiving videos in high definition, please contact us to send via Wetransfer.

About Brasil Ride - Brasil Ride’s 7th edition had 250 teams from 23 countries. The event is a UCI Class S1 race and champions for the Open and Ladies categories are awarded 120 points in the world rankings.

Competition born in Bahia, the ultramarathon was held in his first six years in the Chapada Diamantina, until arrive at the Discovery Coast in 2016. The event is organized by Roma Comunicação and Instituto Brasil Ride.

Runners-up of the edition are Gustavo Xavier and Alex Malacarne, the best duo in the Americas. Among women, the Germans Naima Diesner and Anna Jördens won the fifth stage in a row and secured the title in Arraial d'Ajuda

Gustavo Xavier and Alex Malacarne win stage coming back to Arraial d'Ajuda at Santander Brasil Ride Bahia

Fifth stage was decided in the final sprint, with three teams fighting for the win. Rezende/Galinsi and Becking/Dias completed the top 3. Among the women, the Germans reduced the gap to 5 minutes behind the leaders, Marcella Toldi and Lutecia Azevedo
